Decent is looking for a dynamic Director of Inside Sales (DIS) to lead the development, deployment and growth of our Inside Sales Consultant (ISC) team. This team is tasked with closing new business opportunities within defined industries and primarily focusing on the Austin and Houston markets. In this remote role, your team will be selling an innovative HR/Healthcare solution, serving the SMB community by providing a comprehensive suite of services.

We're servicing a huge market need for affordable and satisfying health insurance (79 NPS vs. industry average of 19), and all of our plans include unlimited primary care via the direct primary care (DPC) model. Value Proposition of the Role

  • The DIS will work closely with the VP of Sales to drive the development and execution of our overall Inside Sales strategy and achieving our growth objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to provide customer feedback, identify areas to improve customer experience, suggest process improvements, identify and prioritize our target customers.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • The DIS will staff, train and develop a team of ISC responsible for driving new sales opportunities and to exceed annual quota.
  • Establish metrics and help the team accelerate ramp time by understanding the key activities that lead to seller success
  • Drive ISC success and performance through managing key metrics.
  • Ongoing training support of the ISC on the Decent value proposition
  • Support ISC throughout the sales process, including prospect meetings, proposal presentations, closing business and onboarding of customers.

What You’ll Bring

    • Passion for our mission of bringing affordable healthcare to all.
    • 3+ years of successful sales management leading direct reports. Experience with HRO, ASO, and PEO is preferred.
